Why do the colours of the sauce vary?

Each batch is handmade. The Scotch Bonnets come in a range of different colours. So some batches may have more red peppers when making whilst others may have more yellow and green peppers. This causes a slight change in colour once all combined. This does not affect the taste or heat of the Sauces.

Do they have any bad stuff?

Absolutely no! They are all made without artificial additives, stabilisers or msgs.

Is it gluten free?

Unfortunately no. Natural Barley Vinegar is used to make these delicious Sauces. We are trialing the Sauces with other natural vinegars currently. So watch this space!

Is there dairy, meat, nuts or oil in the Sauces?

Nope! Sauces are suited to vegetarians and vegans. No animal products/equipment used in the making.

How long will the Sauce stay good?

Each Sauce realistically lasts up to one year from opening, so long as you do not ‘double dip’.

Does the jar need to be refrigerated?

Yes. Once opened store in the fridge.
